2022-02-05: Dune

I watched Dune last night. It was okay. Nothing special. And whilst I appreciate that it was true to what I remember of the book… I really hate that it ended in the middle of the story.

Not everything needs to be a trilogy… and the best trilogies each movie stands well enough on its own (i.e. Star Wars, Lord of the Rings). I wish they’d have done it as a TV show… it’d probably have worked better.
