15 BP: war breaks out. Factions: unknown. Reasons: unknown.

Over time the land itself, and the very fabrick of reality is torn apart,

causing the Cracks to form.

6 BP: the Broken Tower is deployed, Cracking reality. From a safe distance,

one can see a massive scar in the Tower, probably caused by an unstable Crack

opening too close to it. Records found in strange structures buried deep

underground on other worlds indicate that the Tower was never meant to open as

many Cracks as it did, or to spread them as far as it did. Scholars think that

the limiting mechanisms were probably damaged in deployment.

The Cracks were initially all unstable, behaving like massive vaccuums,

causing massive winds, or even belching out rivers of fire and ash. The result

was that the entire world was engulfed in a massive storm.

1 BP: the storm finally subsides.

1 YP: The humans of Andar leave the Shameful Place, and settle Ankuth.
