i am fired up for work.

in a good way.

i worked from home in texas, of course, and flew back in the afternoon. flight was a little bit rough, but nothing terrible.

the airtrain from j.f.k. is fucking shit, especially at 9 p.m.

i made it to the airtrain stop after a very long walk from my gate, and then from there it ran relatively quickly to the howard beach station. then, i discovered it's $10.50 for a ride, which annoyed me. i transferred to the A train, which only ran to euclid, then i had to wait fifteen minutes for another A train that would run its full route.

meanwhile, lots of sketchy characters at euclid avenue, and not a whole lot of fun to sit around and wait.

then, the train is another twenty-something stops to jay street metrotech, and then another transfer to finally get back home.

i saved a lot of money by taking the train, but was annoyed as shit.
