I’d mentioned wanting to check in with the people who once used this hosting service

and with other things getting me down recently, I couldn’t quite work up the courage until just this afternoon. The unexpected sun lifted my mood, the cats lounged nearby, so I put a record on and sat down to write a longer e-mail than I’d written in a long time. Once I started listing names out, the list was bigger than I expected. I even had a few short replies, sooner than expected. Part of this is really is in the waiting, though, as I’m curious about the responses and hope for something longer rather than shorter. Much of it’s just about hearing from old friends. We’ll see.
