Capsule Reorganization

Enabled by some enhancements to `smolver` (I'll cover that in a different post), I've reorganized some of the content on this capsule. I started to list all the changes off here, but that was boring and tedious to write, let alone read. The easier description is that I just:

Moved some posts into appropriate subdirectories

Updated existing internal links to them to the new locations

Configured redirects so that any old links / bookmarks would still resolve

Tweaked the homepage

All in all, nothing too exciting from the user-facing perspective (other than different ending URLs), but it felt good to get this content organized better and to enhance the server software to allow configuration of redirects. I'll go into more details on my next devlog post, but in a nutshell, `smolver` can now be told to redirect individual files just by adding a json file into the directory of the original post.
