Writing a gemini server

I didn't think I was able to write a server in PHP. However gemini protocol is very simple so it is possible to write clients and servers in many language just in few hours.

> Ergol, its name, is much more a proof of concept than a production tool. You can try it, it's easy to install and to configure. It can host several gemini capsules with a TLS certificate for each of them.
