As usual

I am starting this entry at the Denver airport. Second level of the B concourse, above the trains. I have my Gemini PDA booted up and ear buds in. Today I am flying into Midland, Texas. The town I am going to is actually closer to Lubbock, Texas, but for what ever reason, a ticket to Lubbock cost $800 more and arrived 3 hours later. So driving from Midland it is.

The zen of west Texas

I spent 18 years in El Paso, Texas, and the scenery around Midland/Odessa is very similar. Not a negative, nor a positive -- just the facts, ma'am. I am looking at over two hours in my rental car after I arrive. I enjoy driving. It is a zen activity to me. A time to listen to music and commune with my thoughts.
