RPoD Gemini Proxy

My proxy now works sufficiently for surfing gemini. It passed the majority of the client torture test. This proxy has always done gopher.

There is a bug that repeats the link text (and the A tag) on HTTP links with no link text (sometimes). I consider this a minor annoyance and will revisit it later.
